CYNWYL ELFED PUBLIC CONVENIENCES - CLEANING OPERATIVE
The Community Council is looking for a cleaner to clean the public conveniences at Cynwyl Elfed.
The main requirements are to maintain a high standard of hygiene and keep all aeas clean and
safe. The role will require:

The Council has a statutory duty under Section 67 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales ) Act 2021 to make and publish a Training and Development Plan, setting out what it proposes to do to address the training needs of its Councillors and staff
Cynwyl Elfed Community Council has a Grants Scheme that offers financial support to the community. The grants are allocated in accordance with relevant legislation including the Local Government Act 1972 (sections 137 – 142) and the General Power of Well Being (section 2 of the Local Government Act 2000). The amount of money available is set annually in the budget of the Council.
